Successful development into versatile organization
Foma Engineering started in 1994 with a project developing injection moulding equipment for making large, thick-wall products manufactured with a foaming technique. The first customers were mainly located in Holland, but gradually the focus has expanded to (Western) Europe. Over the years, Foma developed into an independent organization with applications in many fields of plastic injection-moulded products. Today our organisation includes project management, quality control, in-house testing facilities and service and after-sales activities.
Building custom-made equipment implies that a standard solution is not present or not (technically or financially) feasible. In each project, new aspects have emerged and, by being committed, Foma Engineering’s experience and capabilities have increased. Over the years, we have used recycled and virgin materials, cascade injection techniques, overmoulding, multiple point injection, preheating prior to injection moulding, etc. We have developed enough qualifications to be a trusted partner in your project.
