Case 1 Replacement of Injection Unit

Project-task:

Deliver an injection moulding machine with injection volume of 9000 ccm, clamping force of 500 ton, plate sizes of minimum 1000 x 1000 mm against minimum investment

Injection unit: Remove existing 3500 ccm injection unit from second hand 1000 ton IMMM and install new 9200 ccm injection unit from standard supplier with re-use of existing hydraulic system
Clamping unit: re-use of 1.000 ton clamping unit; reduction of minimum mouldheight
Control-system: IMM control-system replaced by Foma control-system
Mould-types: No moulds delivered
Case 2 Increase of shotvolume by addition of injection cylinder

Project-task:

Deliver injection moulding machine able to inject a product of 28

Injection unit: Install injection cylinder and hotrunner-system with re-use of plastification unit as extruder
Clamping unit:  
Control-system: IMM control-system replaced by Foma control-system
Mould-types: Pallet-mould
Case 3 Addition of 15 ltr Injection Volume

Project-task:

Upgrade Injection moulding machine, on site, to allow for a larger product from an existing range to be manufactured on the same machine without affecting other possibilities of the injection moulding machine

Injection unit: Install injection cylinder and hotrunner-system with re-use
of plastification unit as extruder. Injection cylinder can be
by-passed in case high shotvolume is not required
Clamping unit: No modifications
Control-system: IMM control-system expanded by communication with Foma control-system
Mould-types: No moulds delivered
