Deliver an injection moulding solution to partly cover wooden poles by a plastic layer with:
- modular concept
- use of existing equipment
- low value moulds
- balance between automation cost and labour cost

Case 2 Production of cross-poles

Deliver an injection moulding solution to manufacture, thickwall cross-poles with a guaranteed production output, in a complete automatic operation against lowest costs, preventing very large equipment.

Clamping unit: | Clamping unit orientation in a "non-logical" direction, |
Control-system: | Complete machine controlled by Foma control-system |
Mould-types: | 12 cavity mould, creating clamping force of 3000 ton |
